- If students have forgotten their username and password, they can retrieve it by clicking on the button ‘Forget Username and password’ on the Login page.

- First, visit your nearest police station to file an FIR for lost ID card.
- Then visit your designated IGNOU regional centre, with a copy of the FIR, one government approved ID proof and a demand draft of Rs. 200 in the name of IGNOU.
